The typical time it takes to process an order at RugPal for shipment is 3 to 5 business days, although this estimate varies depending on the items ordered. Order delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days from the day an order was shipped. RugPal provides tracking numbers, whenever available, so that you are better able to plan for the receipt of your order and to better communicate accurate delivery times.

It is always RugPal's intention to deliver your order as soon as possible. Due to variations in demand for different rugs, RugPal cannot guarantee delivery dates. Although most rugs purchased through RugPal fall within the general delivery estimate guidelines mentioned above, some items may have longer delivery times. RugPal will do its best in communicating estimated delivery times on orders that do not meet our general ETA (Estimated TIme of Arrival) guidelines.
